Digital Graffiti Wall at the Olympics

Digital graffiti wall? Wow! Guys from Chairman Ting performed at the Salt Building inside the Athlete’s Village. They were commissioned by The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Interesting fact is that Tangible Interaction have made this unique digital graffiti wall technology using Open Frameworks. Creative open source, for the win.

Now, artists can digitally “paint” a surface in the same way they can tag a wall with traditional spray paint.

    Managing creative mess

New awesome fish eye photo came from Threadless. Their in-house magical graffiti musician snowboarder extraordinaire, Joe Suta, is back in town this week to paint up a bunch of mashup murals for the next few weeks of releases.

In this photo (credit: Threadless 365) he’s prepping pieces of Masonite.

His place is so amazing, he’s surrounded by colors, accessories, papers and other creative stuff. How I see, Joe is good at managing his creative mess.

    What about you?
